In conventional animal hospitals or clinics, fees are based on office visits, medications, laboratory procedures, vaccinations, X-rays, surgery, etc. In homeopathy, the cost to the client is generated mainly from the actual time spent on the case. This includes the in-depth examination and evaluation of all medical records, the phone consultations, and follow-up analysis, assessment, and a complex homeopathic interpretation for the correct medications to be prescribed. Ongoing progress reports from the clients are also necessary, so that the results can be closely monitored. Homeopathic medicines are very reasonably priced and affordable, in contrast to conventional drugs and procedures.
There will be no charge for an initial 10 minute discussion with the doctor, at which time the pet owner will have the opportunity to furnish him with a brief description of the problem.
If, at the end of the conversation, an appointment is desired for an in-depth phone case review, a specific time will be set up. Approximately one hour should be allowed for this first consultation. Follow-up sessions usually are 10-15 min. Fees are based on 15-minute increments of $45 each.
